Sophie’s Mum Gemma handing over some toys to Becky for the Childrens area in the John Cheverton Centre at the hospice today.
We are also very excited as the plans for the playground in the Hospice grounds are now finalised and going out to tender this week – this was the last “project” that Sophie started and to see it coming to fruition really is a testament not only to her character but also to the generosity and kindness shown by all her friends, family and followers.
We continue to work closely with the Hospice and NHS to further the development of Childrens services here on the Island. There is still such a long way to go before we can offer, at the very least, the same level of support the mainland can and we can only achieve this with your continued support for which we are forever grateful.
