As most of you that follow us probably know today marks the fifth anniversary of Sophies passing.
Doesn’t seem possible when trying to make it through one day without her seems like a lifetime!
The support we have received, and continue to receive, brings us comfort. Comfort in the knowledge that she is remembered by more than just us.
We thank you all and hope we can continue to make her proud
