A few years ago Gemma and I started our “love affair” with the Great South Run. Although we haven’t participated in the last few years this annual event holds so many memories and, oddly enough, helped us through some tough times.
These memories continue to help us to this day and we wish all runners, especially those running for KissyPuppy, the very best of luck.
Sophie helped us through every step and I hope that whatever your reason for running drives you on right to the finish.
